Great location with easy access to various restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping outlets. Well-maintained, daily cleaned rooms with complimentary water bottles. The friendly and English-speaking staff make for an overall comfortable stay. Close proximity to the train station makes for convenient transportation. A comfortable and modern hotel experience.

One of the great things about this hotel is its excellent location in the bustling Shinjuku area near the subway, making it very convenient for getting around. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities such as toothbrushes and shampoo, ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay. The rooms on the 14th floor are particularly impressive, with new facilities just like the pictures.
While everything else was satisfactory, it would be even better if there was more variety in the breakfast options.

The hotel was modern and clean, and it was an easy walk to Shinjuku train station, shopping, and nightlife. The direct train to Narita Airport was very convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, close to Higashi Shinjuku station, and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are modern and clean, with nice bed linen, pillows, and towels. The hotel is well connected to the rest of the city, and has a great view from some of the rooms.
Some rooms can be a bit noisy due to the lack of soundproofing.

The room wasnice and neat, with a large TV and convenient amenities like a kettle and mini fridge. The location was excellent, close to the bustling city life but still quiet at night. Walking distance to multiple train stations and surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenience stores.
The room was quite small, with limited space for luggage and people. The pillows were uncomfortable and too hard for a good night's sleep.
